We have a Fusion Leadership on-boarding process that we call INFUSION! After we receive this "interest form", we'll proceed by sending you an application to complete, followed by a meeting with the Youth Pastor and some INFUSION training as well as a background check!

It's important to know that discerning God's voice and obeying what Jesus asks us to do is central to our values. By filling out this form, we can by no way guarantee that you will be able to proceed as a Fusion Leader. However, we're more than happy to discern for ourselves and with you regarding this!
